To access the Pediatrician service, members are first assessed by the General Practitioner to rule out emergencies, and ensure provision of proper care. Once you have completed your appointment, a Pediatrician will contact you.

Our pediatricians can help you in many cases: a fever that does not go down, a cough that prevents the child from sleeping, the child is unusually tired for days, etc. Pediatricians provide advice for non-emergency situations. Get the information you need from the comfort of your home, at work or while traveling.

You can ask any questions about your child's health and get an answer from a healthcare professional.

If necessary, you can upload any additional medical information you have so that it can be evaluated by our team in conjunction with your symptoms, so that we can get a complete picture of your child's health status. For example, if you have photos of rashes or skin conditions or even the medication your child is taking, you can attach them before your scheduled appointment and our pediatric team will take them into consideration.

How does it work?

To access the Paediatrician's service, members are first assessed by the GP to rule out any emergencies and ensure appropriate care is provided. Once you have completed your appointment, a Pediatrician will call you to give you medical advice.

    Once we receive your request, a Pediatrician will contact you via the method you have chosen.

    Ask any medical issue or question you may have and a Pediatrician will provide you with immediate consultation. If necessary, he will suggest appropriate treatment options to relieve your symptoms or may tell you why you need to see a Pediatrician for further evaluation and additional medical tests.
